14July2013_1_30th-Anniv_Le3-Cafe_Brunch - CopyWhat a super, great weekend!! Thank-You to everyone who sent cards and wishes by several different media. It is greatly appreciated. There are several photos posted here because Sunday, July 14, was not only Bastille Day, but did I say? It was also our 30th Anniversary. Now for the next 30!!!!
But do enjoy these photos and think about the excitement we had while these were being taken. Thank-You Robin for absolutely, the greatest 30 years I have ever had. Now …. On with the show.
Sunday started with a Brunch at Le Cafe de Paris in Boise. The day ended with dinner at Chandler’s Steakhouse and Seafood. Both meals were delicious. Left-Click any of these photos to see enlarged.

Robin made this when she was in second grade. She wanted to throw it out about a month ago. I told her I would take care of it. I had it framed for her and now it hangs in our living room.

Robin had quiche for brunch.

Robin started with these. They smelled sooooo good!

THE BLACK ORCHID Sashimi grade ahi tuna seared rare; sliced and served with  the signature "Black Orchid" mustard sauce.

I had this as an opener. Wonderful!

FILET MIGNON This famous cut of tenderloin is known for it’s  ne texture and delicate avor.

ONO - WAHOO Fresh Hawaiian line-caught Ono grilled and nished with a  lemon butter dill sauce, served with citrus-zested jasmine rice  and shiitake mushrooms.

This was great! I loved that rice.

Chocolate Lava Cake This was absolutely wonderful. Thank-You Chandler's for this dessert. We appreciate it.
