If nothing else, it was a little chilly. 40 degrees F, to be exact. But as I was leaving, at about 9:30 or so, the crowds were starting to build. I got some great information on why my Rosemary has not done well – it died – in the past three years from Purple Sage Farms. Evidently, it needs to be moved about every 5 years and the branches need to be thinned to allow air to pass through. Full sun. Also, it needs to be pruned – used during the year. Keep using your fresh herbs, and they should last for a long time. Also, great price on Beef Short Ribs from Homestead Farms. $3.50 a pound. And Acme Bake Shop had some wonderful Brioche Cinnamon Rolls. Here. Look at these photos! Enjoy.
It’s going to be a great time in the kitchen today with the short ribs. Check out that recipe. Try it and let us know how you like it – or not – and if you changed it in any way. Enjoy!
